Distance Reiki

Emily is a Reiki II practitioner in the Usui System of Natural Healing and has received her attunements to practice both hands-on Reiki and distance Reiki.

Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing that focuses on increasing the flow of one's life force energy through their body. It has been practiced for about 2,500 years!

When one's life force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed out. When one's life force energy is high, we are more capable of being happier and healthier.

It is believed that our life force energy can become "stuck" in areas of the body that have been subjected to physical or even emotional pain. Reiki helps remove these energetic blocks to allow energy to flow throughout the body. Improving the flow of energy within the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed up healing, and reduce other symptoms related to illness.

Distance Reiki Sessions:

30 minute session - Best for those who have had a Reiki session within the last year and are looking for maintenance.

60 minute session - Best for those who are brand new to Reiki or have not had a Reiki session in over a year.

Chakra Checkup - 15 minute session - This service provides a brief scan of the 7 main chakras to assess their current state (blocked, open, spinning freely, dull, vibrant...etc) and a light tune-up of the chakras that need it.

Specific Chakra Focus - 20 minute session - This service provides a focused tune-up of a specific chakra of your choosing. Based on physical symptoms or emotional state, we can help you choose a chakra if you are unsure.

With each session, the recipient must stay in the same area for the entirety of the session (ie. house, parked car, office, hotel room, restaurant...etc)

These sessions can be done LIVE on Zoom but are not required to be LIVE. Please let us know if you prefer a LIVE session!
