Interested in becoming a vendor at one of our Crafts & Crystals Faires?
Here are the details!
Our events are for those who make their products themselves and/or sell crystals and metaphysical products and services. Each category has a limited number of spots.

Our Crafts & Crystals Faires are held INDOORS at Elk's Lodge #532 located at 5102 Oleander Drive in Wilmington, NC.
Every event is from 10am - 4pm - with setup starting at 7:30am the day of the event.
On average, our events have between 250-380 adult attendees. This does not include children under 13.
Our events are a table set-up - where we provide an 8 foot table for your items. You are responsible for table coverings if you choose to use them. No extra displays outside of the table surface can be used unless written permission is given before the event (ie: additional table, bakers rack, grid wall). We also provide chairs.
Each table is $60 unless otherwise noted. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable once paid.
Payments can be made via Venmo or payment link provided in your acceptance email. Or you can pay in cash in person at our store during business hours. Payment must be received by the DUE DATE, which is listed in the Acceptance email you are sent. We will NEVER direct message you asking for payment. We will NEVER comment on our own posts asking for payment. Please do not fall for scams.

Emily Griffin and James McGuire are the ONLY coordinators for these events! Please do not fall victim to scams!
If you receive an Acceptance email, payment information will be attached. Please DO NOT pay unless you receive an acceptance email from us! Only pay via the options in the email.
Please read the application itself in its entirety since it contains a ton of information and may answer any questions you have!
We have a private Vendors Only Facebook group where all info about the event is shared. This group link will be emailed to you ONLY if you have been accepted as a vendor and have paid for your spot! If you have not paid for your spot, we will not accept you into the group.
