Fees for approved vendors are NON- REFUNDABLE and NON- TRANSFERABLE unless event is postponed or cancelled by The Davis Community. Email will be sent to vendors if this occurs.

If the event is moved indoors, a 10x10 spot is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to provide enough space to accommodate your setup!
